Once upon a time

Already more than three centuries ago, not far from the town of Oristano, a vast olive grove belonging to the nobility was famous. Luxuriant, well cared for, covered with flowers in spring and animated in autumn by the industrious workers intent on harvesting. At its entrance a beautiful portal as it was used starting from the seventeenth century in some families of the Upper Campidano. Inside, the farmhouse with the stone mill and jars for storing oil. A long history of work and passion, which on the threshold of four hundred years is renewed by meeting with modernity: unchanged the love for trees, new technology for transforming olives into precious extra virgin olive oil.
