A delicate subheading of scents from which the preciousness of the walnut and the unique note of the pine nut shines through. An extra virgin capable of delicately wrapping every raw and every cooked one, sometimes blending it with a remote and light déjà-vu of dried fruit. Perfect for drawing its swirls on the fish carpaccio and very happy to run perpendicularly over the lobster.
