Bosana

Bosane olives are particularly tasty indigenous olives, therefore traditionally favored for their preservation in brine. But their strong taste is equally happily expressed in their generous extra virgin olive oil: very green, scented with cuttings and aromatic herbs, intense and fruity. With notes of green tomato and mint, a hint of the bitterness of the thistle and a special spicy addition.

Faithful partner of bruschetta, here it is sometimes accompanied to the lean of boar in salad.
